This is always a challenge and it has many answers and it depends on individual’s requirements and once capability. I suggest please once again read and try to understand. Even for experienced it is always a million dollar question which has always multiple answers and even the most so called efficient has failed miserably.

Individual’s requirements
- Although one has good knowledge in family business, still they want to do their passion, then they need to work on this.
- Though the success story always says one has to do passion of one it is not always true. Either we don’t have the capability or we failed to develop the capability or don’t have enough funds or don’t have adequate training or the right manpower to support him.
- Capability is another vital area to be evaluated.
How to start
Don’t jump to start any business without proper planning. Even what we plan may not be adequate or enough. Wherever required to take the right consultant to help planning.
When to start
This is also very important. Timing is very important.
What are the challenges
For any business we need to survive first. Then consolidate and then review the results and developments.
How will be the result
There are so many factors internal as well as external (which are beyond our control)
How to improve
Any business we need to do the following
- Review periodically
- Identify the corrective action to be done
- Implement the corrective action
- Once again review
- Change strategy if it Is not working
- Take consultant help if nothing is working.
